since 1997 Signature Gallery has established itself as the leading gallery and exhibition space for original art in the South Lakeland area. based in the centre of Kendal, a traditional market town steeped in history and tradition, diverse and ever changing displays feature the finest in original oil and acrylic paintings, photography, graphic works sculpture, furniture and ceramics.

our ever expanding stable of represented artists include traditional landscape painters and photographers, figurative works and painters of the human form, graphic and typographic creatives and abstract and non figurative artists.

above the gallery and framing space are two rooms dedicated to exhibitions. an exhibition program consistent in striking variety is held each year. recent shows featured wildlife and environmental art, abstract self portraits and charcoal portraits by self taught social outsiders.
